Yoga classes are gentle and include yoga poses modified to individual’s needs, gentle movement sequences to help improve the body’s movement patterns, yogic breath techniques, and guided relaxation. We have multiple Yoga offerings to help rebalance your mind, body and soul. Choose by giving each class a go, and finding the right fit for you.

Qigong (Tai Chi)

Qigong can be described as a mind-body-spirit therapy that integrates gentle flowing movement, postural awareness, breath work, mediation and acupressure massage, to enhance the flow of vital life energy (Qi) and promote a sense of calm.

Benefits of regularly practicing Qigong include: improved internal health and vitality, increased physical strength, flexibility and balance and enhanced energy and general wellness.

The gentleness of the practice helps to release stress and tension in the mind and body which encourages deepened sleep, and benefits mental health and anxiety issues.


The class is usually performed standing, but can also be done seated or partially seated, if needed.

It is suitable and very advantageous for people of all ages and abilities.

Guided Meditation 

Meditation is an ancient and increasingly popular practice of mental concentration and relaxation. As the stress levels of our society become higher and higher, so does the number of people looking for a method to relieve that stress inexpensively and effectively. Guided meditation will do that, and provides direction and focus for both new and experienced practitioners.

Our sessions are small groups of no more than 5 people and we alternate through different themes to help you achieve ultimate peace and serenity during your session. You will be guided through the process in a relaxing and safe environment. 

The purpose is to assist with mental, emotional and physical healing and stress relief.

Fitness Classes


Our mobility/flexibility class includes Dynamic and Active drills/exercises to increase Range of Movement and Joint Stability with focused stretches to help you move better and achieve more from your body.  


We will mobilise the whole body including wrists/shoulders/spine/hips/knees and ankles. Mobility and flexibility are vital for functional movement and reducing immobility induced injuries.  This class utilises both standing and lying/kneeling positions with transitions up and down. (You don’t need to be wonderful at it just able to do so.)


This fitness class is specifically designed to target and tone the Glutes, thighs and abs. Suitable for those wanting a medium intensity workout to burn calories, hit problem areas and get into shape.
