Coronavirus - Pandemic

Currently we are still taking clients/patients in our centre provided that they have not travelled in the last 14 days and have no presenting symptoms of fever, cough, sore throat. Should you say yes to any of the above, please ring the centre to cancel your appointment. We reserve the right to cancel any appointment if we feel you are a potential threat to our centre and others within it.

We will be contacting all upcoming clients/patients and confirming the above information prior to your appointment.

We are following what the government is recommending at this stage. As crazy as this whole situation is, we need to make sure that we are doing the right thing by the community. Some of our clients are immune compromised so we will be having to make some decisions in the near future as to whether we temporarily close the centre. We wanted to keep all of you in the loop. Warragul Wellness Centre prides itself on having strong connections with our clients. We may not necessarily have much warning when it comes to closures so we are asking that you all be prepared if this indeed is the case. Cancellation 

All cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice via phone or email. All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend your appointment will incur a fee at the discretion of the individual practitioner. First time offenders will be reminded of our cancellation policy. Serial offenders will be asked to pre-pay for treatments at the time of booking. If the appointment is missed or cancelled inside of 24 hours, the pre-payment will NOT BE REFUNDED. If you have an emergency that requires you to cancel or reschedule inside 24 hours, ring 03 56364902 or email warragulwellnesscentre@gmail.com and explain what's happening and we will do our best to assist with a reschedule that works for you.

Privacy and Confidentiality

-We must ensure the privacy and confidentiality of all clients who enter the centre for treatment or advice

-All medical records of personnel records shall only be accessed by staff for the specific purposes under their scope of practice.

-All information that may be required for discussion purposes shall be de-identified to protect the identity of staff and clients.

-No medical or personnel record shall be removed from the centre without prior approval by the relevant management authorisation.

-All medical records shall only be accessed by staff as required for consultation or administration

-All medical records are kept on our secure online system (Cliniko) and original consent forms are kept in a locked filing cabinet

-Staff shall adhere to "Privacy Policy and Legislation." (Privacy legislation and the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008, The Heath REcords Act 2001)
