This Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy in its entirety and inclusive sections in full and part are an appendix of Warragul Wellness Centre - Gift Shop Terms and Conditions.

Some of the following Terms or Conditions may be a repeat of the aforementioned and are intentionally done so for clarity within this document and to the benefit of any Customer.

This document is formatted in English (Australian) and spelling shall not and does not constitute means or a valid reason, to void, or for misinterpreting any term and or meaning. International English interpretation applies to countries outside of Australia.

The Customer must make best endeavours to read and familiarise themselves with all Warragul Wellness Centre - Gift Shop Terms and Conditions as they are legally binding, deemed read, accepted and agreed at the time any Customer makes an inquiry, order or purchase with Warragul Wellness Centre - Gift Shop.

This Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy Terms and Conditions is published in accordance with Warragul Wellness Centre - Gift Shop Terms and Conditions, made readily available to the public via our website warragulwellnesscentre.com.au.

*We understand that cultural appropriation can be associated with White Sage and some of our other products. We are acknowledging the health benefits and use with positive intention and affirmations of smoke cleansing and are not encouraging inappropriate usage. We respect Indigenous cultures and the land's ecosystem and make sure our organic white sage is ethically harvested from sustainable farms.

 

Shipping, Returns & Refund

CANCELLED ORDERS

All orders are automatically processed on our secure online system and packed ready for shipment generally within one business day. Once an order has been packed and a shipping label generated, we incur non-refundable fees. While we understand that orders might need to be changed, we are unable to process changes free of charge after the order has been packed. We will strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy: 

1. If you cancel your order prior to packing, your order will be refunded. 

2. If you cancel your order after it has been packed ready for shipment, your order will be refunded less the shipping fee.

3. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policy below. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees. 

 

RETURNS

All requests for returns must be made by contacting our office on 03 56364902 or emailing contact@warragulwellnesscentre.com.au

Your order number, reason for return, contact name and phone number, and whether you want refund or replacement, must be stated. Your request will be attended to promptly and our staff will contact you by phone or e-mail to discuss further.

  

RETURNS ACCEPTANCE POLICY

1. A return must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date. 

2. You may be issued a free pre-paid postage satchel for returning your purchases ONLY for the following reasons: 

a) Fun Fidgets error.

b) Defective on arrival (please provide picture of the damage). 

3. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all other returns. 

4. Return freight must be arranged by you for all other returns.

5. The original freight on returned items for change of mind will not be refunded.

6. Returned products must be in their original packaging. 

7. If your return is accepted a credit will be effected to you on receipt of the returned product. Processing of your refund may take up to two weeks from the date of receipt of your return. 

8. If you choose to replace your item, we will ship out a chargeable replacement for you, and we will refund you the amount of the original order when we receive your return. 

8. Custom order items and discontinued items are not refundable. 

10. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
