Art Therapy / Psychotherapy
Khai – Registered Art Therapist, Counsellor & Psychotherapist
Hi, I’m Khai—an ANZACATA-registered art therapist, PACFA-accredited psychotherapist,
and counsellor. I support children and adults impacted by trauma, family violence, grief,
and life transitions through creative, trauma-informed care.
Art Therapy & EMDR
Art therapy uses creative expression—like drawing or painting—to explore emotions and
support healing, especially when words are hard to find. I also offer EMDR (Eye Movement
Desensitisation and Reprocessing), an evidence-based therapy that helps both adults and
children process traumatic memories and reduce emotional distress.
Trauma Recovery & Mental Health Support
I provide tailored support for a wide range of emotional and psychological
challenges—including complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and sudden loss. I
specialise in road trauma grief support and offer counselling for victim-survivors of family
and sexual violence. I also have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent
individuals, including those with autism and ADHD, through approaches that honour their
unique ways of processing and expressing.
My practice is shaped by work with Headspace, Quantum Support Services, Good
Shepherd, Latrobe Community Health, The Orange Door, and Melbourne University’s
Pathways to Safety program, where I continue mentoring professionals in family violence
response.

My services are ideal for:
Individuals seeking a safe, inclusive space to heal creatively and therapeutically

My Approach
